SSIDは、Service Set IDentifierの略でネットワークの名前です。

ラップトップまたはスマホでWi-Fiネットワークの一覧を開くと、SSIDが表示されます。ワイヤレスルーターまたはアクセスポイントがSSIDをブロードキャストすることで、近くにあるデバイスは利用可能なネットワークを検出して表示することができるようになります。

SSID stands for Service Set IDentifier and is the network’s name.

If you open the list of Wi-Fi networks on your laptop or phone, you’ll see a list of
SSIDs. Wireless router or access points broadcast SSIDs so nearby devices can find and
display any available networks.

Q2How do I know if I am near a Sentient Wi-Fi access point?: If the SSID “Sentient Wi-Fi” is visible, then you are near a Sentient
Wi-Fi access point.

Q3How far does the Wi-Fi signal extend from each location?: Each Sentient Wi-Fi location signal has a range of up to 60 meters.

Q4How much does it cost to use Sentient Wi-Fi?: Sentient Wi-Fi high-speed Wi-Fi and a first-class gaming portal service are free of charge.

Q5How do I know if I connect to the Sentient Wi-Fi Service?: You can connect to Sentient Wi-Fi from any wireless device, like a laptop, cell phone, or tablet or any device that has a browser already installed.

Q9How long can my session last?: Sessions automatically time-out after 60 minutes. If your session timed out, you can begin a new session.

Sentient Wi-Fi will disconnect you from the network after you’ve left the hotspot or after being inactive for 15 minutes.

Q10How many Sessions can I have in one day?: Any many as you wish. There is no limit on the numbers of sessions a user can have in a 24-hour period.

Q11My session timed out. What do I do?: If your session timed out, you can begin a new session.

Q12If Sentient Wi-Fi is on the available network list, and you still can’t connect.: Check your device to see how many signal bars you have. If you only have one or two bars, you should move closer to where the signal is coming from.

Q13Does Sentient Wi-Fi provide content filtering and virus blocking functionality as part of the service?: Yes.

Q14How do I access the Sentient games portal?: From the Sentient Wi-Fi service landing page. Just press ‘Play Games’, then confirm you
are over 13 years old, and you will arrive at the Sentient games portal.

Q15Can I play the games elsewhere?: No. All games are exclusive to Sentient network.

Q16Will more games be added?: Yes. More games will be added over the coming months. So don’t forget to check back on a
regularly basis.
